These size 21 Tapestry Tweens needles by John James are perfect for those threads that are just not quite the right fit for a standard size 20 or 22.....it fits right in between. There are many times when using a size 22, I find myself having to tug to pull the thread through the canvas. The slightly larger hole in the size 21 is just enough bigger to solve that problem. It also helps relief the stress on the hand.
